If you are interested in enrolling in the Address Confidentiality Program, please make an appointment with an Application Assistant at an agency near you. Referrals to the program are not made from the Secretary of States Office.
Welcome to the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP). The ACP is administered by the Secretary of State and provides an important service to residents of the State of Maine who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
The Bureau of the Special Advocate exists to assist Maine small businesses. Maine's Small Business Advocate serves as an independent voice for Maine small businesses within our state. The Advocate assists small businesses of less than 50 employees that have specific grievances.
