Commercial Driver License (CDL) Manual (PDF) - Contains the new Vehicle Inspection module which will be required for applicants taking the CDL skills test on or after November 1, 2026. Also contains the content needed for Maine's full transition to the modernized CDL skills testing. Including the updated Basic Control Skills exercises. This transition will take effect on September 1, 2027.
