The Bureau of Corporations, Elections & Commissions follows the State of Maine holiday closures & will be closed Thursday, January 1, 2026.
The Division provides administrative support and manages data for this program area for the Bureau. Dedimus Justices perform a single function under Maine statute, that of swearing in various public officials, including Notaries Public.
