Large display case in Town Clerk's waiting room and in Dave's Appliance Store in Withrop. Many donations of general artifacts, photos. Roland LaVallee, former town photographer, donated over 2500 photos and negatives which we have access to and make use of for our town calendar, etc.

The library collects materials relating to the maritime record of the State of Maine in shipbuilding, shipping and all related maritime and coastal artivities and industries. In order to meet our goals, we collect materials related to maritime technology, maritime industries, shipboard experiences, maritime communities ashore and at sea, local histories, and life experiences, all in support of material and social interpretation of our maritime past in context.
