Once your legal entity has been accepted for filing by the Secretary of State's office, it is important that you keep the following filing requirements in mind in order to maintain the good standing status of your entity.

Determining the Value of Stock Certificates
Determining the value, if any, of your stock certificate may be a difficult process. You may want to contact your local library for copies of the following three manuals to see if the company is listed there: The Robert D. Fisher Manual of Valuable and Worthless Securities, Directory of Obsolete Securities, and Directory of Active Stock.
