This action is subject to review for consistency with the enforceable policies of Maine Coastal Program under 15 CFR 930, subpart D.

The Yarmouth Boat Yard marina proposes to maintenance dredge approximately 10,900 cubic yards of sediment from an approximately 700-foot long by 210-foot-wide area of the marina located at 72 Lafayette Street, Yarmouth, Maine. This action is subject to review for consistency with the enforceable policies of Maine Coastal Program under 15 CFR 930, subpart D.
