By using this logo, you agree to the following:
All logo rights and usage are reserved for either the Maine State Archives, Maine Secretary of State, or Maine Semiquincentennial Commission unless expressly granted otherwise. Any local organization, museum, historical site, or educational organization wishing to be identified with the Commission may apply for specific use of the logo.
The Maine Semiquincentennial Commission will make the final decision to grant or deny requests for use of the logo. Applicants may be asked to provide additional information or to answer specific questions about proposed use of the logo. Applicants will be notified when the application is approved and will assign and deliver a digital (and print-ready) copy of the logo.
Brand Usage: User agrees to use the Materials in a manner that is consistent with the Maine Semiquincentennial Commission’s brand guidelines and image. The Materials must not be used in any way that could harm the reputation, goodwill, or integrity of the Commission, the Maine State Archives, or the Maine Secretary of State’s Office.
Prohibited Uses: User may not use the Materials in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing on the rights of any third party. User may not use the Materials for any commercial purposes other than those explicitly pre-approved.
