A meeting of the Maine Motor Vehicle Franchise Board was held on Wednesday August 11, 2004 in the Executive conference room at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, 101 Hospital Street, Augusta, Maine.
Chairman John McCurry called the meeting to order at 9:00 am.
Roll Call
Present: John McCurry, Wallace Camp, William Dowling, Adam Lee, and Carol Kontos.
Minutes:
- Following welcoming remarks by Chip Gavin, John McCurry introduced himself to the Board and exchanged contact information with them.
- Those present discussed the role of the Franchise Board, the proposed rules, the hearing process and the frequency of Board meetings.
- John McCurry said he would meet with John Quirk and Nelson Carlson individually before the Board next met.
The meeting adjourned at 10.30.
