MOCA will be developing resources for manufactured housing community residents. One of the major products will be an interactive data dashboard displaying information about the state’s licensed manufactured housing communities. Data will include where communities are located, the number of lots in each community, and average rents of each community.
In addition, MOCA is developing a guidebook to assist residents in resolving common safety and accessibility issues that occur in manufactured housing communities such as hazardous trees, roadway accessibility, trash, and water and wastewater concerns. This guidebook will provide contact information for state government and non-profit entities that can help communities resolve these common complaints.
