Public Meeting Archive

Prior to July 2026, manufactured housing in Maine was overseen by the Manufactured Housing Board. The Board was a nine-member body appointed by the Governor, composed of six manufactured housing professionals and three members of the public. In conjunction with staff inspectors, the Board made decisions about licensure, complaints, and discipline related to violations of the Manufactured Housing Act by licensed professionals and manufactured housing communities.

The Board conducted this business through meetings that were open for public observation. Past agendas and minutes are available below, with information about previous complaints, adjudicatory hearings, and disciplinary actions.

As of July 2026, the Manufactured Housing Board has been dissolved, and its responsibilities have been transferred to the Manufactured Housing Program under the Maine Office of Community Affairs. Manufactured Housing Board public meetings have been discontinued. Visit the Manufactured Housing Program's Laws and Rules webpage to learn more about the laws and rules governing the work.
