Arrest Made in Livermore Falls Exploitation Case; State Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Additional Individuals
Detectives with the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit South arrested 40-year-old Jacob Hiscock of Livermore Falls early this morning, Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at his residence in Livermore Falls on charges of Sexual Abuse of a Minor and Possession of Sexually Explicit Material. The charges stem from a month-long investigation involving the Maine State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Sabattus Police Department, Oxford County Sheriff’s Office and the Maine Warden’s Service. Hiscock was transported to the Androscoggin County Jail. The Maine State Police is requesting the public’s help in identifying any individuals involved.
