Updated Available Times for the Health PAS Online Portal – March 2026
This is an update to the notice we sent on November 21, 2025, regarding Health PAS Online Portal downtimes.
We are expanding the availability of the portal: the portal will now be available from 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, including weekday holidays.
The portal will continue to remain down Monday through Friday from 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM and all weekend hours as Gainwell continues to address technical issues.
At this time, we expect to be able to return to regular 24-hour, 7-day a-week functionality at the end of September 2026. We will provide more information as we have it. We apologize for any inconvenience.
