Update: Health PAS Online Portal, Provider Services, Member Services Restored
This morning, Friday, July 19, 2024, Gainwell became aware that Crowdstrike, a leading security product vendor and supplier for Gainwell, had reported a problem with an update to one of their products. The Crowdstrike problem has affected technology systems worldwide. As a result, the Health PAS Online Portal and the Provider and Member Services call centers had been unavailable.
All systems are now restored, although you may experience some slowness when using the portal.
