Section 4, Ambulatory Surgical Centers Annual Rate Update for Calendar Year 2024 (CY24) CR 123437

MaineCare has updated Section 4, Ambulatory Surgical Center Services, to reflect 100% of the most current year Medicare rates. The updated rates are effective January 1, 2024, and are implemented in MIHMS as of March 13, 2024. You may view these new codes and rates on the Rate Setting page of the Health PAS online portal. 

Adjustments for affected claims:  

• The Department will adjust claims that were submitted at or above the new rates for dates of service January 1, 2024 through March 12, 2024, and no provider action is needed.
