Section 30, Family Planning Services – Reimbursement Model and Rate Study Kickoff Meeting

As previously shared in our November 17, 2022, bulletin, the Department initiated a rate determination for Section 30, Family Planning Services. As a result of that process, we are now conducting a rate study.  

You are receiving this e-message because we are inviting providers and other stakeholders to participate in the rate study process for this service. On January 26, 2023, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, the Department will host a virtual “kick off” meeting with Section 30 providers, family planning stakeholders, and the rate determination vendor. At this meeting we will share the project’s goals and walk you through the project’s steps and timeline.

As providers and interested stakeholders, your feedback is important during the rate study process. We encourage you to participate in these meetings as we work towards Family Planning reimbursement model and rate reform.
