Section 23: Foster Care Comprehensive Health Assessment Rates and Reimbursement Methodology

PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT

MaineCare held an online public meeting on November 30, 2022, to present draft rate models for Foster Care Comprehensive Health Assessments, along with the rationales for the recommended models. The presentation, which contains the rates and models, has been posted online. The Department will accept written comments until December 15, 2022, and will respond in writing to comments with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determinations.

As providers and interested stakeholders, your feedback is important during the rate determination process. We encourage you to participate in the public comment process on these important upcoming changes.
