REVISED Section 90, Primary Care Provider (PCP) Rates Effective March 9, 2024, CR 123810

In coordination with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) revision of rates effective March 9, 2024, MaineCare has updated the PCP rates under Section 90. These rates were implemented on April 10, 2024, and are available for viewing on the Rate Setting page of the Health PAS Online Portal.

Reimbursement for Enhanced Primary Care Provider services under Section 90, Physician Services will receive 100% of the current year Medicare rate.

MaineCare will reprocess claims that paid at the incorrect rates from March 9, 2024, through April 10, 2024. No provider action is needed.
