REVISED Section 4, Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Rates, Effective March 9, 2024, CR 124455

In coordination with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) revision of rates effective March 9, 2024, MaineCare has updated Section 4, ASC rates. The new rates reflect 100% of the most current Medicare rates. You may view the updated fee schedule on the Rate Setting page of the Health PAS online portal.  

Adjustment of affected claims:   

The Department will adjust all affected claims that were submitted for dates of service March 9, 2024, through May 8, 2024, and no provider action is needed.
