RESCHEDULED: Home and Community Based Service (HCBS) Providers of Clinical, Clinical Therapy, Care Coordination, Supportive Skills Building, Therapeutic Interventions, Assistive Technology & Personal Support Services: Draft Rates Public Review & Comment
The Department will hold three public forums in the month of June to present draft rates and rationale for certain HCBS services and to allow for public comments. The forums will include services from policy sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29, 40, 96, and 102 and are detailed below.

Following the forums, the rates and models will be posted online, and the Department will accept written comments. We will then respond in writing to the comments with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.
