Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTFs) Revised Draft Rates: Presented Materials & Comment Deadline
On January 9, 2025, the Department held an online public meeting to present revisions to the previously proposed Section 107, PRTF rates and model. Interested parties had the opportunity to provide public comments.
The PowerPoint presentation and video recording of the meeting are posted on the Rate System Reform webpage, in addition to the presented materials to date.
The Department will accept written comments until January 24, 2025. Please submit comments, as well as questions related to this process to: RateReform.OMS@maine.gov.
The Department will respond in writing with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination. The comment summary will include comments and responses from both the June 2023, and January 2025, forums. Your feedback is important to us. We encourage you to participate.
