Provider Enrollment Application (PEA) Outage

We are experiencing issues with the PEA. Providers are unable to submit new provider enrollment applications, revalidation applications, or maintenance cases for existing enrollments. 

We are working to correct the issues as soon as possible and will send another message when they are resolved.

There is no impact to enrollment cases submitted prior to the outage.
