Primary Care Plus (PCPlus) Application Open Office Hours  

PCPlus is a new MaineCare model that supports primary care practices in delivering high-quality primary care. This new model will begin July 1, 2022.    

As a reminder, the PCPlus application is currently open for practices who have not yet applied.  Practices that have already applied do not need to reapply. The PCPlus application period will close on May 13th.  

We will be holding PCPlus Application Open Office Hours during two time periods in the coming week. During these Office Hours, MaineCare will provide a brief overview of PCPlus,  answer questions about the PCPlus application process, and explain next steps.
