Post Incarceration Incentive Pilot Update
In December, MaineCare announced the Post Incarceration Incentive Pilot Payment. Please refer to our previous notice for additional information on the process for submitting services for providers that receive weekly, monthly, or non-claims-based reimbursement from MaineCare.
Examples of these providers include Assertive Community Treatment Services (ACT), Community Care Teams (CCT), Behavioral Health Home (BHH) providers.
These providers will need to submit this form to MaineCare for services provided that may be eligible for this incentive payment. MaineCare will review this information for incentive payment eligibility on a quarterly basis. The process and schedule to complete the form each quarter is included within the form spreadsheet.
For all other providers that submit claims for services through the MaineCare claims system, these claims will automatically be reviewed for eligibility and the form is not needed.
For any questions regarding the form or this process, e-mail OHH-Reporting.DHHS@maine.gov
