New Health Home Model for Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) –Rate Study Kickoff Meeting: Presented Materials

On May 7, 2024, MaineCare held a virtual public meeting with interested parties to present the major elements of the new SUD Health Home model and describe the process and timeline for this rate study. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.

To further inform the SUD Health Home model rate determination, the Department is requesting that current SUD organizations and practices participate in a survey. To participate in this survey, please contact Kaley Boucher, MaineCare’s Opioid Health Home and Behavioral Health Home Program Coordinator, or Allison Weeks, MaineCare’s Substance Use Disorder Program Manager. The survey deadline is May 28, 2024.
