New Health Home Model for Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) – Rate Study Kickoff Meeting

As previously shared in our December 8, 2023, bulletin, the Department initiated a rate determination for a new Health Home Model for other SUDs. As a result of that process, we are now conducting a rate study.  

You are receiving this email because we are inviting you to participate in the rate study process for this service.  

On May 7, 2024, the Department will host a virtual “kick off” meeting with interested stakeholders, from 11:00AM - 12:30PM via Zoom. At this meeting we will review the major elements of the new SUD Health Homes model and describe the process and timeline for this rate study. This will include describing opportunities to provide data and feedback. As a new service model, this process is expected to be iterative, with multiple engagement meetings to review the model and corresponding proposed rates, including a formal public comment period later this spring/summer.  

As providers and interested stakeholders, your feedback is important during the rate study process. We encourage you to participate.
