New Chat Feature Available on Kepro Website QualityCareforMe.com
As a follow up to the August 4, 2023, notice, the Acentra Health (formerly Kepro) team is excited to announce a new way to access resources and communicate with the Acentra Health Provider Relations Team.
Beginning on August 7, 2023, a new chat feature was added to QualityCareforMe.com. You can access a chat feature by clicking on the chat icon, located in the bottom right corner. When the chat appears, follow the prompts to receive resources pertaining to your topic or to be connected to a live agent.
The Acentra Health team will still be available to providers at our toll-free number 866-521-0027 and via email at ProviderRelationsME@kepro.com.
