New Chat Feature Available on Kepro Website
The Acentra Health team is excited to announce a new way to access resources and communicate with the Provider Relations Team. Beginning on August 7, 2023, a new chat feature will be added to our QualityCareforMe.com website.
Providers who wish to use the chat feature can do so by visiting our home page and clicking on the chat icon. When the chat appears, follow the prompts to receive resources pertaining to your topic or to be connected to a live agent.
The Acentra Health team will still be available to providers at our toll-free number 866-521-0027 and via email at ProviderRelationsME@kepro.com.
