Public Review and Comment 

On February 6, 2023, MaineCare held an online public meeting to present draft rate models along with the rationale for the recommended rate models for a proposed MaineCare NDPP benefit. The PowerPoint presentation and video recording of the meeting have been posted on the Rate System Reform website.  

The Department will accept written comments until February 27, 2023. The Department will then respond in writing to comments with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the determination of final draft rates. 

As providers and interested stakeholders, your feedback is important during the rate determination process. We encourage you to participate. 

Please submit comments and questions related to this process to Bryan Lumbra, the Rate Setting Project Manager for the proposed MaineCare NDPP draft model and rates.
