MaineCare Rate Determination Schedule – Public Comment Summary (corrected to repair link)

In October of 2022, the Department began the process of establishing a Rate Determination Schedule for calendar year 2023, pursuant to P.L. 2021, Chapter 639. We outlined this process in an October 20, 2022, notice. The Office of MaineCare Services held a public forum for interested stakeholders on October 26, 2022, to allow for public comment; stakeholders were able to submit written comments through November 9, 2022.

We have now posted a summary of all comments.

The schedule will be finalized and posted to the Rate System Reform page the week of December 5, 2022.
