MaineCare Benefits Manual (MBM), Chapter II, Section 71: National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) Services Provider Enrollment Now Open

As previously announced, on November 8, 2023, the Office of MaineCare Services (OMS) formally adopted MBM, Chapter II, Section 71: NDPP Services. As a reminder, OMS in partnership with the Maine Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (ME CDC), developed a MaineCare policy which allows MaineCare to reimburse providers for delivering the National Diabetes Prevention Program Lifestyle Change Program (National DPP LCP) under the MaineCare Benefits Manual, Ch II, Section 71.

Effective December 4, 2023, our system now allows providers of NDPP services to enroll as MaineCare providers. Please visit the OMS Provider Enrollment and Revalidation webpage for enrollment instructions.
