Maine Breast & Cervical Health Program (MBCHP) Code & Rate Update for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025

In coordination with the National Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program and the Centers for Medicaid Services (CMS), the MBCHP has updated the approved codes and rates effective July 1, 2024.

The updated MBCHP approved code and rate list and MBCHP approved diagnosis code list have been temporarily posted to the MaineCare Codes & Rates page while the CDC continues to update the website for MBCHP.

Claims with dates of service beginning July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, must be reconciled by September 1, 2024.
