In January 2025, the Department began the annual process* of establishing a Rate Determination Schedule for CY25. In alignment with statute, the process includes public presentation, consultation with the Technical Advisory Panel (TAP), followed by the opportunity for public comment. The Department then met with the Rate System Sub-Committee for additional discussion and advisement on the proposed schedule. Interested parties then have the opportunity to submit written comments.
The Office of MaineCare Services reviews and revises the MaineCare Rate Determination Schedule annually, as required by law. Stay up to date on rate determination work, through our Rate System Reform webpage.
