Correction: Section 26 Day Health Services: Rate Study Comment Summary

In August of 2022, the Office of MaineCare Services initiated a rate determination for Section 26 Day Health Services. Burns and Associates, A Division of Health Management Associates,

kicked off a rate study in August 2022 where we reviewed our goals for this work and provided an overview of the provider survey. We used the feedback obtained from the survey, in addition to other factors, to develop new rates. In November 2022, we presented the draft rates and methodology to interested stakeholders and allowed for public and written comment. Stakeholders submitted written comments through December 6, 2022.  

We have now posted a summary of all comments along with the Department’s responses. MaineCare reviewed the comments, taking into consideration all input received, and we thank all those who contributed.
