Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Draft Rate Methodology Presented Materials & Comment Deadline

On November 6, 2024, MaineCare held an online public meeting to present the recommended draft rate methodology along with rationale for the CCBHC Medicaid Demonstration. Interested parties had the opportunity to provide public comments.   

The PowerPoint presentation and video recording of the meeting have been posted on our Rate System Reform webpage along with all presented materials. The Department is accepting written comments until November 20, 2024. The Department will then respond in writing with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rates determination.  Comments, as well as questions related to this process, should be submitted to RateReform.OMS@maine.gov.  As providers and interested parties, your feedback is important. We encourage your participation.
