Calendar Year (CY) 2025 Rate Determination Schedule

Annually, MaineCare develops a schedule of rate determinations for the upcoming CY. A DRAFT Rate Determination Schedule is now available for public review.  

Next Steps 

Pursuant to Rate Reform law* MaineCare will soon host its Annual Draft Rate Determination Schedule Consultation with the Rate Reform Expert Technical Advisory Panel (TAP). This meeting is open to the public and allows for public comment. Please look for a future notice with the date and time of that consultation.  

Following the TAP consultation, the Department will accept written comments. After consideration, we will post and send a notice with a link to a summary of all written comments in addition to the final rate determination schedule.
