Attention Section 90, Physician Service Providers: REVISED Calendar Year 2024 (CY24) Medicare Standardization Rates, CR 124074

In coordination with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, (CMS) revision of rates effective March 9, 2024, MaineCare has updated its Section 90 rates. These rates were implemented on May 1, 2024. You may view all codes and rates on the Usual, Customary and Reasonable (UCR) fee schedule.

Adjustment of affected claims:

The Department will adjust all impacted claims that were submitted for dates of service March 9, 2024, through April 30, 2024. No provider action is needed.
