Attention Section 101, Imaging Service Providers: REVISED Calendar Year 2024 Medicare Standardization Rates, CR 124059

In coordination with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) revision of rates effective March 9, 2024, MaineCare has updated its Section 101 rates. These rates were implemented on April 17, 2024. You may view the updated fee schedule on the Rate Setting page of the Health PAS online portal.

Adjustment of affected claims:

The Department will adjust all impacted claims that were submitted for dates of service March 9, 2024, through April 17, 2024. No provider action is needed.
