Attention Providers: Survey to Help Identify Programs that Support Children and Families in Maine
To better understand more about existing programs within communities that help children and families in Maine, the Maine Department of Health and Human Services and Maine Child Welfare Action Network are partnering with Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago. This includes programs that primarily serve adults but also benefits families with children; we are specifically interested in understanding those programs' eligibility, counties or towns served, funding sources, and services to inform the development and implementation of Maine’s Child Safety and Family Well-Being Plan.
We are requesting program managers and administrators to click here to complete this survey for each program within an organization. Please complete this survey by Monday, November 20, 2023.
The survey takes about 5 minutes per program to complete. No additional research or data collection is needed to participate, and the survey should be taken once for every program.
We welcome your help distributing this survey so that we capture as many programs that help children and families as possible. Please forward this email to any others who you think can contribute to this information gathering both internal and external to your organization.
The survey link is here: https://uchicago.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0NcXHiYwjsUfvaC. You can click the link or copy and paste it into your browser.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mariette Aborn or Melissa Hackett, Special Projects Managers for Child & Family Well-Being.
We are grateful for your ongoing work on behalf of families in Maine and appreciate your partnership in this important survey.
