Effective today, the Minimum Data Set (MDS) Submission Management System (SMS) web address is now: https://www.maine.gov/dhhs/sms/. NF, RCF, and AFCH providers must login to the SMS secure system with the same username and password as used previously to submit MDS-RCA and MDS-ALS and access the final State validation reports for MDS 3.0.
