Attention Providers of Sections 17, 28, and 65: Updated Link for Behavioral Health Rate FAQs

As a follow up to the notice on February 3, 2023, the Department has updated the Behavioral Health Rate Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document on billing and authorizations for services for Sections 28 and 65. We added new questions to the same document and they are labeled with a date of February 10, 2022. We continue to update this document and will send another e-message to notify you about additional guidance after we work through the details of those questions.
