Attention Providers of Section 17 Community Integration Services (CIS), Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) and Section 92 Adult Behavioral Health Homes (BHH) Hold for Service Requirements

We are notifying providers of CIS, ACT and Adult BHH services that they must enter their existing, internal waitlists into Kepro’s Atrezzo system no later than April 28, 2023. They must also remove any individuals on their waitlist who are no longer seeking services. Service providers must use the Atrezzo system to capture member information for those holding for services (are on a waitlist for services). This requires providers to enter all members into Atrezzo as a referral and add to the hold for service list, if appropriate. All providers must update all hold for service information into Atrezzo by April 28, 2023, to be in compliance with MaineCare Benefits Manual Chapter II, Sections 17.03 and 92.02-4(A). The Department and Kepro are hosting an open office hour on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, from 2:00 – 3:00 PM to review and address questions regarding the Referral and Hold for Service process. You can register for this event here. Please email Patrick Bouchard with questions prior to the meeting.
