Attention Providers of Section 107, Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities (PRTFs) – Presented Materials and Comment Period

On June 15, 2023, MaineCare held an online public meeting to present draft rate models along with rationale for the recommended rate models for Section 107, PRTFs. The PowerPoint presentation and video recording of the meeting have been posted on our Rate System Reform website.   

The Department will accept written comments until July 7, 2023. Feedback from providers and interested stakeholders is important during the rate determination process. The Department will then respond in writing to comments with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.
