Attention MaineCare Providers: MaineCare E-message Issues

Duplicate E-messages 

Not everyone who is signed up for MaineCare provider e-messages are receiving the notices we send. We are working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we may send any e-messages intended for all MaineCare providers through multiple subscription lists or may build e-messages to send to subscribers manually. This may result in duplication.  

Old Information 

Additionally, as our technical support team worked to resolve issues in the system last night (3/31) and this morning (4/1); this resulted in subscribers receiving a series of messages ranging back to 2022 that were stuck in the tool. You may have received these messages with outdated send dates in your inbox. Please disregard them as they are not relevant.

Please visit the MaineCare Bulletins webpage to stay informed. All e-messages we attempt to send to your email are found on this webpage, even if the interface between the web and email is severed.  

We are working with our vendor to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
