Attention MaineCare Providers: HealthPAS Online Portal, Provider Services, Member Services Unavailable
This morning, Friday, July 19, 2024, Gainwell became aware that Crowdstrike, a leading security product vendor and supplier for Gainwell, has reported a problem with an update to one of their products. The Crowdstrike problem has affected technology systems worldwide. As a result, the Health PAS Online Portal and the Provider and Member Services call centers are unavailable.
Crowdstrike has identified the fix and is restoring services incrementally. Gainwell is working with its external cloud-service providers to monitor the situation as it unfolds. We do not yet have an estimate for when the portal and call centers will be available. We will provide an update when we have more information.
