Attention Licensed Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Providers

Acentra Health, in collaboration with the Office of Behavioral Health, would like to provide an update on Treatment Episode Data Set (TEDS) submissions in the Atrezzo system.  

Effective November 1, 2023, when submitting a new substance use disorder TEDS request in Atrezzo, the system will only attach the admissions questionnaire. Providers will be required to fill it out in its entirety and mark it complete before submitting.  

Upon submission, the discharge questionnaire will be attached to the request. Providers should only complete the discharge questionnaire once the member has been discharged from services.  

This change will streamline how the data is collected and reported to the Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
