Attention: Issue Corrected - Section 28 Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Providers, CR 116442

On April 6, 2023, we notified providers there was an issue with the creation of EVV records containing the combination of procedure code H2021 and the modifier TJ.  

This issue is now resolved. We will reprocess affected claims and no provider action is needed. Affected claims that are still in pend status will continue to process once they match with a verified visit record.
