Attention Providers of Sections 17, 28, and 65: Behavioral Health Rate FAQs

As a follow up to the notice on February 3, 2023, the Department has updated the Behavioral Health Rate Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) document on billing and authorizations for services for Sections 28 and 65. New questions are in the same document and are labeled with today’s date. We continue to update this document and will send another e-message to notify you about additional guidance after we work through the details of those questions.
