American Aquafarms, Gouldsboro

American Aquafarms is proposing the development of an ocean-based, closed-pen salmon farming facility using two separate net pen locations in Gouldsboro. Applications for a Waste Discharge License for the locations were submitted on May 18, 2021 and accepted for processing on June 9, 2021.

There is the possibility that additional applications will be submitted. Information will be added to this page as it becomes available.
