Troop I barracks is in Pittsfield and the Troopers are assigned to patrol all of Interstate 295, Interstate 395 and Interstate 95 north of mile marker 109 in Augusta to the Aroostook County line. Turnpike The Interstate System is exclusively patrolled by the State Police.
