Survey Deadline Reminder and Updated Questions & Answers for HCBS: Specific to Clinical, Therapy, Care Coordination, Supportive Skills Building, Assistive Technology & Personal Support Services

As previously noticed, MaineCare and our vendor, Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) are conducting a survey to collect information from providers and interested parties about certain services under Sections 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29, 40, 96, and 102. The survey will further inform this rate determination process. This notice serves as a reminder of the upcoming survey deadline on November 1, 2024. Please see our previous announcement for more information.  

We have also updated the Questions and Answers (Q&A) document to include all questions received during the series of interested party engagement sessions. You can view all presented materials to date on the Rate System Reform webpage.
